Our Customers, Suppliers, Agents and Representatives

A. We are Honest with and Respect our Customers

We are committed to maintaining our customers’ trust by competing vigorously, but fairly and ethically.  With that in mind, it is our policy not to misrepresent our products or capabilities, even if it means losing a sale.  Where silence about a fact could mislead a customer, it is our policy to disclose the information.  In addition to the above, we respect the confidential nature of the businesses in which our customers are engaged.  www.Telephone-systems.com.au Accredited Sales Professionals therefore limit access to and knowledge of customer records to people who need the information for legitimate business purposes.

We invoice our customers at prevailing market rates for the goods and services supplied and expect payment within the stated trading terms.

Where there maybe a dispute regarding an aspect of the scope of work, we listen to the customers and strive to effect a suitable outcome,

B. We Choose Suppliers Based on Merit and are authorised to represent them

It is our policy to choose our suppliers based on merit, considering, among other things, price, quality, delivery capability and reputation for service and integrity, not on the condition that they are always the cheapest on price.
www.Telephone-systems.com.au Accredited Sales Professionals are Authorised by our respective Manufacturer Vendors, suppliers or Distributors that we are Authorised to supply service and install their products.
We employ Supplier Trained and Certified Technical personnel to install service and maintain the Telecommunications products that we provide.
We aim to pay our suppliers and Vendors within the agreed trading terms.

C. We Hold our Representatives to High Standards

It is our policy to require agents, consultants and other third parties representing the company to perform in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.  Our Agents, consultants and representatives cannot do indirectly what we, the directors, officers and employees are prohibited from doing directly.

D. We Compete Aggressively, but Fairly and Ethically

We do not Engage in Commercial Bribery

We do not Engage in Anti-Competitive Practices

It is our policy to abide by all applicable antitrust and competition laws and regulations. We strive to ensure that choices in the marketplace are not limited by improper agreements or other improper conduct that would affect price, restrict volumes produced or reduce the variety of products or services available to customers.

We do not Obtain Competitive Information Through Improper Means

It is a policy of Accredited Sales Professionals Members that directors, officers and employees comply with all applicable governmental laws, rules and regulations that affect their business and the performance of their jobs.
